This is a full-time remote role at Primetag. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be the owner of Primetag's digital growth engine. Responsible for building and executing a full-funnel B2B SaaS marketing strategy that generates qualified leads, accelerates pipeline velocity, and increases conversion at every stage. From search visibility to lead nurturing, this role combines analytical rigor with hands-on execution across SEO, content, social media, and CRM. You'll work closely with Sales and Product to ensure marketing is a real driver of revenue growth.
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. Someone who can think in funnels, move fast, and back every decision with data. You have a proven track record in B2B marketing, you know how to build organic pipelines from the ground up, and you're fluent in the tools that make it happen. But beyond the technical skills, we're looking for someone curious, proactive, and commercially minded, who takes ownership, raises the bar, and genuinely cares about impact.
SEO & Content - Own and execute Primetag's SEO strategy end-to-end: keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimisation, and content planning. Create and manage content that attracts, educates, and converts target audiences across the funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion.
Email Marketing & CRM - Design and manage email campaigns, automated workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle sequences in HubSpot. Align CRM logic with the sales funnel to ensure smooth handoffs and strong lead quality.
Website & CMS - Manage and update website content via Storyblok. Ensure landing pages, product pages, and campaign assets are optimised for conversion and aligned with messaging strategy.
Analytics & Reporting - Own the digital analytics stack: Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager. Build dashboards and reports that track funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and inform strategic decisions.
Pipeline & Funnel Growth - Work cross-functionally with Sales and Product to define ICP, align on messaging, and build campaigns that fill the top of the funnel and accelerate deals through every stage.
Testing & Optimisation - Continuously run experiments across channels, A/B tests, landing page variants, email subject lines, to improve conversion rates and channel efficiency.
4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on B2B SaaS.
Proven track record of generating qualified leads and growing sales pipelines through organic digital channels.
Deep hands-on experience with SEO, technical, on-page, and content, including tools like Google Search Console, Semrush and LLMs.
Strong proficiency in CRM Management, including email marketing, workflows, lead scoring, and reporting.
Solid command of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and data-driven decision making.
Experience managing content and landing pages in a CMS (Storyblok experience is a plus).
Commercially minded, able to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Must be a fiscal resident of Portugal (regardless of nationality).
Experience in the Creator Economy, influencer marketing, or social media analytics space.
Digital Marketing Master Degree.
Familiarity with marketing automation, lead scoring, and lifecycle marketing in HubSpot.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
Experience working in a fast-growing, international B2B SaaS environment.
